Every autumn the wine cellars in Germany's Mosel valley turn into magnificent sound installations. Grape juice starts fermenting and the escaping gas bubbles through glass upipes, each barrel at its own speed. This recording was made in the cellar of bio-dynamic vintner Rudolf Trossen in Kinheim.
